Call for Entries for the Rory Peck Awards 2007
The Rory Peck Trust is inviting entries for its Rory Peck Awards 2007,
sponsored by Sony. Now in its twelfth year, this unique competition is
reaching out to honour the work of freelance cameramen and
camerawomen from around the world, especially local freelancers in
regions where it is difficult to operate as a news-gatherer. It is the
only showcase in the world which celebrates freelance footage in news
and current affairs.
The Trust accepts submissions
from all freelancers who have had work broadcast between 1 August 2006
and 31 July 2007, and welcomes self-funded freelance work.
