Morisola is a Legal Officer and conducts legal research, litigation at both national and regional levels, advocacy and capacity building on issues of freedom of expression, access to information, media freedom and digital rights issues.
She works with dozens of lawyers who are members of MRA’s Network of Lawyers who conduct pro-bono litigation on access to information, freedom of expression, digital rights and safety of journalists around Nigeria. She is a Digital Grassroots Ambassador (DIGRA) and was a trainer in the Digital Grassroots Ambassadors Program Cohort 4. She is also a Fellow of the African School on Internet Governance (AfriSIG).
Morisola obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife in Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar after her subsequent training at the Nigerian Law School. She has also undertaken several courses in freedom of expression, access to information, internet governance and digital rights.
