The Open Government Partnership (OGP) has announced that Estonia will host its next global summit on September 6 and 7, 2023. The summit which will be held at the Telliskivi Creative City in Tallinn will be co-hosted by the OGP co-chairs, the Government of Estonia, and Ms Anabel Cruz, Founder and Director of the Communications and Development Institute in Uruguay, who serves as civil society co-chair.

It will bring together Heads of State and Government, civil society organizations, and policymakers from around the world.

The key themes of OGP’s new strategy will focus on anti-corruption, digital governance, climate and environment, and public participation in the civic space. It will also represent a unique opportunity for civil society to connect with their government counterparts, exchange ideas, learn from others on open government issues, and importantly to contribute to advancing the new OGP strategy.

Further information regarding registration, opportunities to engage in the agenda design and more will be published on the OGP Global Summit website in the coming months.
