Getty Images is accepting applications from photojournalists for projects of personal and journalistic significance in support social, political and cultural stories.
Grants will be awarded by independent judges selected by Getty Images for their expertise and experience. A total of three grants of US$15,000 will be provided. The funds can be used to cover a wide variety of expenses, including travel, equipment and related expenses.
Applicants must submit a 500-word summary of the project proposal, a short bio and 20 to 25 images. The application must be in English. Applications close on May 15, 2018.
