Executive Director of Paradigm Initiative (PIN)

Paradigm Initiative (PIN), a non-governmental organisation that works to connect underserved young Africans with digital opportunities, and ensure the protection of their rights, has announced that it will host the 2024 edition of the Digital Rights and Inclusion Forum (DRIF) from April 23 to 25, 2024, in Accra, Ghana. It is also inviting interested members of the digital rights sector to submit session proposals for the event. The theme for the 2024 event is ”Fostering Rights and Inclusion in the Digital Age.”

The deadline for receiving the submission of proposals is January 14th, 2024.

According to the organisation, session proposals must demonstrate tangible and innovative outcomes. Partners proposing to host events must demonstrate the ability to secure the attendance of stakeholders at DRIF24. Sessions will be hosted in English and French

DRIFF serves as a dynamic platform for delving into digital rights and inclusion issues. It embraces a comprehensive approach and provides a space to discuss global challenges regarding digital rights, privacy, access, digital tools, violations, digital empowerment for underserved communities, and similar themes.

More information about DRIFF can be accessed online here.

Interested persons should submit session proposals online.
