Registration has opened for the 2022 edition of the annual World Printers Summit being organised by the World Printers Forum (WPF), the print community within the World Association of News Publishers (WAN-IFRA). This year, the forum will be held virtually on May 18 and 19, 2022.
The annual WPF is a meeting which addresses print related questions while bringing together printers, materials suppliers and equipment manufacturers for the print production value chain from prepress to press, to product finishing and delivery.
With renowned speakers from all over the world, the summit brings together industry professionals for a dynamic transfer of knowledge, information and business ideas which brings about the opportunity to expand members’ network and meet with the industry leaders, be up to date on new technologies, innovations and latest practices, as well as share and expand their knowledge.
The Forum, this year, will explore and address such topics as Newsprint challenges and the future, Sustainable Procurement for Newspaper Production, World Printers Forum Outlook 2022, Operational Crisis Management – Business Continuity Management, Power Saving Project at Daily print, and Climate conditions from paper mill to printing plant, among others.
The objective of the Forum is to encourage innovation in the print ecosystem while promoting the power of print and its sustainability. The community provides a platform for print and production executives to engage with one another and with suppliers of technology, products, and services.
