The seventh Annual Conference of the Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN) will take place from September 2 to 3, 2020, at Rockview Hotel Royale in Abuja. It will deliberate on the theme “Communicating Identities and Nationhood: The Media, the Government and the People”.
The theme of the Special Panel is: “The Media, Artificial Intelligence and Smart Cities”, while the theme of the 2nd ACSPN Female Researcher’s Panel is: “The Woman’s Identity, the Media and the Building of Sustainable Nations”.
Abuja is hosting ACSPN 2020 to mark Nigeria’s 60th independence anniversary, and the themes speak to core issues of the Nigerian and African Project.
The ACSPN is a an association of communication practitioners committed to advancing the scholarly study and practice of communication by promoting and facilitating the pursuit of excellence in academic research and professional practice in Nigeria.
