The World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) will hold its 67th World News Media Congress in June 2015. This prestigious event features three events in one including the 22nd World Editors Forum and 25th World Advertising Forum in June 2015.
The three events are the annual meeting point for publishers, CEOs, managing editors and advertising executives from all over the world striving for excellence in today’s hyper-competitive media landscape.
The event will bring together leaders of the industry to exchange ideas from June 1to 3, 2015. Besides this, one of the major highlights will be the Gala Dinner that will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 as well as the Welcome reception at the Newseum on the Sunday evening before the Congress Opening.
This global event is expected to bring over 1000 participants from more than 80 countries together towards developing invaluable cooperation, partnership and exchange with the who’s who in news media. It also looks to feature top news media executives to share and learn about innovation and best practice; find out about the latest developments around the globe; raise and debate critical issues facing the media industry; recognise and promote the valiant and courageous work of journalism all over the world as well as promote press freedom locally, regionally and globally.
