The Africa Century International African Writers’ Conference (ACIAWC) in partnership with wRite Associates, is seeking papers and panel proposals on the theme “Africa writing in tongues: towards social, political, heritage and culture justice.”
The conference will take place on November 7, 2019 at the University of South Africa in Pretoria, South Africa.
The event aims to explore the role of writers in society and influence the ongoing debates on languages and African identity, culture, heritage and embellishment of African values.
Submission of papers abstract opens on February 25 2019 while deadline for submission is June 10, 2019. Deadline for submission of full papers for accepted abstracts is September 23 2019.
