The Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University in the United States is currently accepting applications for its 2025 Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity Programme designed to bring together diverse industries and professionals who influence health and well-being including art, law, business, academia, government, journalism, social enterprise, research, media, housing, and health care delivery.

The programme aims to develop global leaders who understand the foundations of health inequity and have the knowledge, skills, and courage to build more equitable organizations and communities.

Open to individuals who can demonstrate commitment in the area of health equity, value diverse perspectives, and have leadership potential or want to become global leaders in the elimination of health disparities, the programme will select 15-20 fellows.

Fellows will attend 3 in-person meetings throughout the year for a period of 4-week and participate in the online curriculum that includes: biweekly online classes, individualized coaching, peer mentoring, and team-based learning for at least 12-16 hours per month. All educational experiences and travel expenses related to participation in the fellowship will be covered by the programme.

Persons interested in applying for the programme, must be fluent in the English language and are expected to submit a statement of interest, project proposal, recommendation letter, as well as letter of support from their employers.

Application must be submitted on or before April 11, 2024.
