Association for International Broadcasting Accepting Entries for AIBs 2021

The Association for International Broadcasting (AIB) is accepting entries from journalists, filmmakers and podcasters from around the world for AIBs 2021, its 17th annual competition for journalism and factual productions across television, radio and digital media.

There are over 20 different categories including international affairs documentary, single news report, factual podcast, channel of the year and young journalist etc. Entries can be in any language, and must have been broadcast or made available between July 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021.

Interested applicants should complete the Online Google Form to enter the AIBs 2021. An applicant will receive entry number and details on how to upload his/her programme once his/her form is received by AIBs.

Interested applicants have till July 2, 2021 to submit their applications. Winners will be announced during an online awards program in November 2021. The rules and regulation for entry are available for download HERE.

Entry fee member companies

  • Radio and audio entries ÂŁ80
  • TV and video, Channel of the Year and News Agency of the Year entries ÂŁ120
  • Podcast ÂŁ40
  • Young journalist/Media Freedom ÂŁ80

Entry fee non-member companies

  • Radio and audio entries ÂŁ120
  • TV and video, Channel of the Year and News Agency of the Year entries ÂŁ170
  • Podcast ÂŁ60
  • Young journalist/Media Freedom ÂŁ100
