Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar Accepting Entries

APJ-Logo_Circle-Text-Combined_WebRegistration is open to photojournalists from around the world for participation in the annual Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar which will be hosted online from November 9-14, 2020.

In its 48th edition, the seminar will include a contest, speakers and vendor demonstrations and each evening, beginning from November 9 and running through November 13,  the seminar will have at least two hours of online contest judging and live vendor demos that will be open to questions and answers, all leading up to a full day of speakers on Saturday, November 14.

Registration is required but will be free for all live events, thanks to the seminar’s Premier Sponsor, Sony Electronics and other sponsors including Camera Bits, CradocfotoSoftware and Tamron for their generous donations of products that will be given away following the completion of the 2020 Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar: three Photo Mechanic Plus licenses, three foot quote Pro 7 licenses, and winners’ choice of one of the following Tamron lenses: 24-70mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8, 150-600mm f/5-6/3, 15-30mm f/2.8, 70-180mm f/2.8. Interested participants must register to win, and again, registration is free.

The Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar is America’s longest continuously operating photojournalism conference. It was founded in 1973 by a group of photojournalists representing newspapers, magazines and wire services. A 501(c)(3) organization, the Seminar promotes the highest standards of photojournalism through an annual educational conference and photography contest judged by working photographers and editors.
