UNESCO Seeks International Campaign Coordinator

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of an International Campaign Coordinator. The Coordinator will lead UNESCOs work on the development of an international campaign strategy to observe oncoming World Radio Day in February 13, 2015. The Campaign Coordinator is also expected to coordinate the implementation of the international campaign strategy.

Part of the Coordinator’s tasks will also include advising on and overseeing the design of national celebration events in every UNESCO Member State in order to provide an integrated thematic approach of celebrations.

Interested candidates for the assignment are required to send a written proposal in line with the Terms of Reference, in English or French, to campaigncoordinator@unesco.org on or before August 3, 2014 at 12 a.m., Paris time.

The successful candidate will be given a contract from September 2014 to March 2015.
