Esther is a media and communications specialist with knowledge and experience in planning and implementing communications strategies to achieve project goals.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Olabisi Onabanjo University and, prior to that, a National Diploma in Mass Communication from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
Since graduating from University, Esther has worked with various organizations, thereby garnering a rich body of knowledge, skills and experience in journalism, research and project management skills.
Esther is committed to enhancing her media skills and building on her strong foundation in media practice across different areas of communication and has sought out resources and training opportunities that can help her fulfill this goal. She has undertaken training in Basic Film and Television Production Techniques, Fact-Checking and Disinformation, Election Petition Monitoring, among others.
Prior to joining Media Rights Agenda, Esther worked with Media Career Development Network as a Programme Officer, where she was involved in programme planning, implementation, and conducting training.
